Josiah Adams, CEO & Co-Founder

In the decade since California began building its meter-based rebate methodology, Josiah has been in the room for nearly all of it: designing and implementing efficiency programs, negotiating with regulators and utilities, and winning more than $120M in efficiency program contracts. His work has helped unlock over 240 GWh of savings and cut more than 170,000 metric tons of CO2. He co-founded Peak to prove the benefits of the meter-based approach to measuring savings, and to make sure contractors who've been stung by California rebate programs before get a fair shot at it. He leads a team with more than 60 years of combined experience designing and delivering energy efficiency programs.
