Four Steps. No Guesswork

Peak exists because the rebate process shouldn't be the hardest part of your job. Here's exactly what happens after you bring us a project.

1.

You submit.

After you scope your project, send us the details and the customer's utility bill. That's it to start.

2.

We quote.

With these two documents in hand, you get a rebate estimate in 2 business days.

3.

We manage the utility.

We handle the application, the paperwork, and every follow-up with the utility. You don't chase anyone.

4.

You get paid.

Once the utility signs off, Peak sends payment within 15 business days.

New To Rebate Programs?

If you've never worked with a program like this before, you're not behind. You just haven't had someone walk the paperwork for you yet. Bring us your first project and we'll show you exactly how it works, start to finish.

Already Tried a Rebate Program & Swore It Off?

Fair. A lot of contractors have a bad experience with California programs and decide it's not worth the hassle. The two things that usually break it, slow payment and unclear approval odds, are the two things we built Peak to fix. One project is the fastest way to see if that's true.

Does Your Project Need Financing?

Some projects need financing to move forward. On-Bill Financing puts the project cost on the customer’s utility bill, paid down over time, alongside the rebate. If your project needs it, we handle the financing application at the same time as the rebate application. Same paperwork drop, same expertise, one process.

Project Financing.

Utility On-Bill Financing and other financing backed by the State of California cover the customer’s project cost:

  • APR as low as 0%

  • Terms up to 10 years

  • Projects from $25,000 to $5 million

  • One-page credit application, approved in 1 day

  • Straight forward loan repayment via utility bills

Rebates and financing can stack, which usually means very little cash out of the customer’s pocket to get a project moving.
